We saw nurse sharks, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and all kinds of fish. The views from our balcony and dock are absolutely breathtaking. The Helm was very spacious, clean, and a nice coastal theme. Everything was just as described. We felt right at home. It is conveniently located to everything. We loved our two weeks on Island time, just sad it had to end! Definitely will be back!"

  • “This beach house was gorgeous and exactly what we needed for our Dunedin vacation. We walked to Frenchies for amazing seafood and had lots of fun biking the Pinellas trail and watching the sunrise/sunset on the shared dock. We cooked quite a few of our meals and had everything we could need in the kitchen . The space was tidy, cozy, and quiet. Sarah was able to help us promptly when we reached out and was always so friendly. We loved this space and cannot wait to come back if they'll have us!!!"
